How we charge
One product, three views, one organisation bill. Paid plans cover identify, inspect, price the fail list, run the job, and close only with the required evidence — without Excel, WhatsApp, or a separate quoting tool.
Not per door
Billing by asset would punish a thorough survey. The bill sits on the organisation.
Not per quote
Inspect → fail list → priced quote is the happy path. A per-quote fee would fight it.
Not a second SKU
Client register is a view of the same assets — not a zip of PDFs and not a separate product.
Seat bands
Pilot 3, Crew 10, Company 40. Adding someone inside the band does not change the price.
Crew and Company are card subscriptions, monthly or annual (ten months for twelve). Cancel or update the card in the Customer Portal. Estate stays on invoice. VAT is not added at checkout until Fail List has an active UK VAT registration. If a number here will not work for your firm, say so at hello@faillist.co.uk.
